The same is true for event planning – the right location can make all the difference in ensuring a great event and Paradise Center for the Arts can help! With seating for over 300, our historic auditorium is perfect for corporate events, association gatherings, club meetings, family reunions, and more! Plus, bring professional quality audio and video – using your own DVDs and CDs – to your event using our movie theater sound and projection system. In addition, our conference rooms and lobby space (including concession kitchen) are also available for private rentals, either together with or separate from the auditorium.

Prices are affordable. Most events are just $150/hr for full use of the the auditorium, lobby and kitchen. We only charge for your event - and we help with setup and tear down.
Classroom prices range from $40/hr to $85/hr depending on the size room you need.

Rehearsal Room now available for rental!
Perfect for piano and music teachers, the Marge and Don Helmer Rehearsal Room is available to rent. This room is approximately 12 feet by 8 feet with a piano and chairs. If you're looking for a space to hold lessons, the Paradise is centrally located, and a stimulating artistic environment. Rates adjustable to make it affordable for you and your students.The River Community Church rents the Paradise Center for the Arts to hold services every Sunday.
Our gift shop is open for artists to sell on consignment and for your guests and party goers to shop.
The Carlander Family Gallery hosts Minnesota artists in a wide range of media. We are always looking for new talent to feature. The gallery is immediately adjacent to the lobby, so is available for guests to visit for free during events, regular hours, and your rental!
